I think the key migration into the registration screen. I know where Pal Park and the soul plays Silver (SS) and Beat Red Beat the Elite four and all the gym badges .... So Help Me ..... =^.^=

To end the game in the migration is not important (in fact, that's all only a 7 Pokemon 1 Part 6 PC), all that matters is (if it is similar to D / P) to beat the elite 4 SS is to click then click "All" to the National Pokédex, and can be migrated.
Have you really tried insterting GBA version in the back of the DS?
Another thing is that the National Dex, you may need to migrate as D / P versions of Pt, idk about this because I HG / SS, I did.
