Orthopaedic Assessment Pre Op Assessment At Orthopaedic Out Patient Appointment ??? Help Please?

Pre op assessment at orthopaedic out patient appointment ??? help please? - orthopaedic assessment

I've heard, you have to triple in circumstances of a merger in the foot by my doctor who I was sent to hospital and received a letter for an appointment does not contain only a small part of the letter follows

If your name is added to the waiting list for an operation will be required to attend a pre-operative assessment - please time.

Does that mean you will have the op assessment before these days, because there is no reference to a later date and if there was a pre-surgery, how long will it take for my practice?

and what is in a pre-op assessment involved?

Thanks in advance

You have no idea how to get things that they do not sound like things done in the United States. From that what you said, It sounds like Thomas has been referred to a specialist to determine whether he is walking the Ortho surgery, which requires well is meant by "pre-operative. If this is true if X-rays do not have, and perhaps a meeting with the ortho doc, review and tell you whether the operation is necessary or not.

Here in America things are done differently. X-ray would be through the document before it is prescribed for an appointment, and compare with Ortho doc films for examination and consultation to see. There are vague letter that would be sent. Hope this helps a little. Maybe I should call the office and ask what this means in plain language.
